Need to orient, stimulate, and retain new staff?
Provide every advantage for new staff success!
The first year or two in the classroom can be tough. Most new staff find themselves frustrated with questions covering multiple topics. This workshop is designed to help school leaders learn to explain the “why” of what staff do and determine effective strategies for classroom application.
School leaders will explore skills, strategies, and relationships that are important to all new staff and discuss how to support them in effective classroom practices to make learning work for staff and students.
Leaders will gain ideas for in-district staff development that will support new staff, make them successful, and keep them in their thriving classrooms.
