Institute Description: 

Time management is not the issue. Truly, it is not. Time management is simply a symptom of one of eight larger
issues. This journey can be infused with humor and will allow you to identify why you may struggle with
optimizing your efficiency and effectiveness. Participants will leave changed and inspired to make
some immediate changes in your habits and lifestyle.

Participants will be able to identify the roles that ego, social norms, and their desire for greatness has on their ability to manage themselves and their day. More importantly, each participant will leave the session able to thoughtfully evaluate whether their schedule matches their priorities. Lastly, each participant will gain the tools
necessary to create a plan to better manage themselves so that they can "Do the day instead of the day doing them."
