Schools are facing record-high failure rates for the fall of 2020.  Students with multiple failures are in danger of becoming dropouts, causing a lifetime of consequences for their families and communities.  Dr. Douglas Reeves will discuss how leaders can act now to turn this situation around, and give their schools and communities hope for the future with a win that they desperately need.

Dr. Douglas Reeves is the author of more than 40 books and 100 articles on education and leadership.  Twice named to the Harvard University Distinguished Authors Series, Doug received the Contribution to the Field Award from the National Staff Development Council (now Learning Forward) and was named the Brock International Laureate for his contributions to education.  Doug has shared his research in all fifty states and more than 40 countries.
