In this interactive presentation, Dr. Reeves challenges the past 40 years of claims about change leadership.  "The sad fact," he explains, "is that the vast majority of change initiatives have failed. That's why we need a new model of change leadership."  Participants will identify the fundamental shifts in leadership thinking and practice that are necessary to engage in a new and more effective model of change leadership.

PRESENTER:

Dr. Douglas Reeves is the author of more than 40 books and 100 articles on education and leadership.  Twice named to the Harvard University Distinguished Authors Series, Doug received the Contribution to the Field Award from the National Staff Development Council (now Learning Forward) and was named the Brock International Laureate for his contributions to education.  Doug has shared his research in all fifty states and more than 40 countries.
