Description:  In this interactive video conference, Dr. Douglas Reeves will consider the “no matter what” standards – that is, what leaders must do no matter how schools open in the fall.  There are decisive actions that leaders can take now with regard to curriculum, feedback, technology assessment for staff and students, and analysis of instructional spaces in the community.  This seminar is the antipode to “analysis paralysis” in which leaders are unable to make decisions until they hear from higher authorities.  We believe that leaders can and must make decisions now to be ready for the 20-21 school year, no matter what.
